This site is run by Dane Pollard, a sole proprietorship in Richland, Washington.

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, office name, and email, plus, if you choose, your phone number, office size, the tax software you use, and how you heard about me.

Why

To reply to you and set up a call. Nothing else.

Where it goes

When you send the form, your information goes, in order, to:

1. This site's server code, which runs on Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare hosts the site). My code checks the form and passes it on. It doesn't store what you send or log its contents. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps basic technical records of visits, such as IP addresses.
2. Formspree (formspree.io), a form service, which keeps a copy in my Formspree account and emails it to me.
3. My email inbox, hosted by [EMAIL PROVIDER].

Nowhere else.

How long I keep it

If you become a client, I keep your contact details as part of your client file. If you don't, I delete what you sent within 12 months.

Never sold or shared

Your information is never sold or rented, and isn't shared with anyone beyond the services listed above.

Deleting your information

Call me at (760) 707-8829 and I'll delete what you sent, from Formspree and from my inbox.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Please don't send client information through the form.
